Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounces / 298g)
  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 16 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, approximately 7-8 minutes.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
