  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest from 1 lemon

  • Bake the Wings: Arrange the wings on the prepared racks in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Flip and Continue Baking: After 30 minutes, remove the wings from the oven and flip them over. Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
