- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until lightly coated.
Place the broccoli florets spread evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for 15 – 20 minutes or until browned around the edges.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and grated parmesan cheese.
Transfer to a serving bowl or platter. Serve immediately and enjoy!
