Ingredients

Meat Seasoning:

  • ½ tsp garlic salt

  • ½ tsp onion powder

Stir Fry:

  • lbs strip steak, flank steak, or top sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced

For Serving

  • 3 cups cooked rice (optional)
  • sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

Preparing the Meat:

  • Combine the ingredients for the meat seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the sliced steak and toss to coat evenly.

Making the Sauce:

  • Mix the cornstarch with cold water until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together beef broth, chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, hot sauce, and ginger.

Making the Stir Fry:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  • Add seasoned steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides (2-3 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  • Add white wine (or chicken broth) to the skillet, scraping browned bits from the bottom.
  • Add bell peppers and onion, cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Return steak to the skillet, pour in sauce mixture, and cook until sauce thickens and steak is cooked through (2-3 minutes).

Serving:
