4th of July Patriotic Pretzel Rods

Ingredients

  • 1 bag pretzel rods
  • 1 bag white candy melts
  • 1 bag red candy melts
  • 1 bag blue candy melts
  • 1 bag Patriotic sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Melt your candy melts in the microwave. Use 20 to 30 second intervals. Stir until they are smooth.
  • Dip each pretzel rod about three-quarters of the way in. Give it a little shake to remove any excess. Set it on parchment paper.
  • For the flag design, dip the tip in blue after the white layer has set.
  • Use the red and white melts to create stripes over the pretzels. Decorate them however you like.
  • Let them set completely before serving. You can arrange them in jars or cups for a cute look.
