Prep the Chicken: Pat your chicken tenders dry. In a bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.
Preheat Air Fryer: Get your air fryer heating up to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
Cook the Tenders: Lightly spray your air fryer basket with oil. Lay the tenders in a single layer so they have room to breathe, then lightly spray the tops with oil. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes. Make sure to flip them halfway through, and cook until they’re golden and hit an internal temperature of 165°F.
Make the Sauce: While those are cooking, grab a small saucepan and melt the butter over medium heat. Toss in your minced garlic and sauté it for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes if you like a little heat. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Coat & Serve: Toss the hot, crispy chicken tenders into that delicious honey butter garlic sauce until they’re perfectly coated. Garnish with some fresh chopped parsley and serve them warm while they're at their best!
