Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into even ¼ inch thick sticks.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, cook the sweet potato fries in 2 or 3 batches to avoid overcrowding.
Cook for approximately 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're crispy and golden brown.
Once done, serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
