Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, flesh and pit removed
  • 1 cup plain, dairy-free Greek-style yogurt
  • ¼ cup egg-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
  • ¼ tsp cayenne (optional, for a kick)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (packed)

Instructions

  • Combine All Ingredients Gather all your ingredients and place them directly into a food processor. This includes the creamy avocado flesh, dairy-free Greek yogurt, egg-free mayonnaise, all the dried herbs (dill, parsley, chives), garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, the optional cayenne, fresh lime juice, and a generous handful of fresh cilantro.
  • Process Until Smooth Secure the lid on your food processor and process on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated and there are no lumps of avocado.
  • Taste and Adjust Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings if needed. Want more tang? Add a little more lime juice. Craving extra spice? A pinch more cayenne or a dash of jalapeño juice will do the trick!
