Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get nice and crispy.
Place wings in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and half of the lemon pepper seasoning. Toss until coated.
Spread the wings on the baking sheet. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Flip them halfway through.
While they bake, melt the butter in a small pan. Stir in the rest of the seasoning, lemon juice, zest, and honey.
Put the cooked wings in a bowl. Pour the glaze over them and toss well. Serve warm!
