Ingredients

  • 1½–2 lbs chicken wings (about 16–20 wings)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get nice and crispy.
  • Place wings in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and half of the lemon pepper seasoning. Toss until coated.
  • Spread the wings on the baking sheet. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Flip them halfway through.
  • While they bake, melt the butter in a small pan. Stir in the rest of the seasoning, lemon juice, zest, and honey.
  • Put the cooked wings in a bowl. Pour the glaze over them and toss well. Serve warm!
