BEST GARLIC BUTTER STEAK
This mouth-watering garlic butter steak is tender and juicy on the inside, while seared and caramelized on the outside.

Boneless top sirloin steak

Butter

coconut amino

Instructions
MARINADE
In a large bowl, combine the steak strips with coconut amino, olive oil, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Set aside and allow steak strips to marinate for 1 hour to absorb some of the seasonings before cooking
GARLIC BUTTER
Mix 1 tablespoon butter with parsley, and garlic.
STEAK
Preheat the pan for 5 minutes before adding steak for the perfect sear.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add steak; cook until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 4-7 minutes per side.
A steak's internal temperature continues to rise as it rests, so remove steaks from the pan about 5-10 degrees before reaching your desired doneness.
Serve with garlic butter.
