Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless top sirloin steak 1 pound each
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Fresh Parsley minced
  • ½ tsp Garlic minced
  • cup coconut amino
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • tsp Pepper
  • tsp Salt

Instructions

MARINADE

  • In a large bowl, combine the steak strips with coconut amino, olive oil, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Set aside and allow steak strips to marinate for 1 hour to absorb some of the seasonings before cooking

GARLIC BUTTER

  • Mix 1 tablespoon butter with parsley, and garlic.

STEAK

  • Preheat the pan for 5 minutes before adding steak for the perfect sear.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add steak; cook until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 4-7 minutes per side.
  • A steak's internal temperature continues to rise as it rests, so remove steaks from the pan about 5-10 degrees before reaching your desired doneness.
  • Serve with garlic butter.

MEAL PREP
I use my leftover steak for meal prep. Cooked beef can be refrigerated for 4 days.
