Ingredients

  • cups shredded chicken
  • cup buffalo sauce, plus more to drizzle on top

Garlic Butter Parmesan Crust:

  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

To Garnish:

  • Chives/Green Onions
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating for optimal results.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and 1 tablespoon of blue cheese dressing. Allow it to marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan or stone. Use a fork to poke holes in the dough to prevent bubbling.
  • Spread pizza sauce over the dough, followed by most of the mozzarella cheese.
