Ingredients

  • 24  cherry tomatoes
  • 24 mini mozzarella balls
  • 24 Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil,  for drizzling
  • Balsamic reduction,  for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  • Start by washing the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Take a skewer and thread a cherry tomato onto it, followed by a mini mozzarella ball and a basil leaf. Repeat this pattern until the skewer is filled.
  • Continue skewering the remaining ingredients, adjusting the quantity to your preference.
  • Once all the skewers are assembled, place them on a serving platter or plate.
