Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, taco seasoning, garlic salt, and hot sauce.
Spread 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture over one side of each tortilla.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheese over the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
Fold the tortillas in half, pressing lightly to seal the edges.
Cook the quesadillas in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown.
Cut into wedges and serve hot.
