Put your beef in a big bowl. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix it gently with your hands. Do not overwork the meat or it will get tough.
Split the meat into 6 balls. Shape them into patties. Push a small dent in the middle of each. This helps them cook flat.
Heat your grill or skillet to medium-high. Sprinkle the outside of the patties with salt and pepper.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Add a slice of cheese in the last minute so it melts perfectly.
Toast your buns while the meat rests.
Spread your sauce on the bun. Add lettuce, tomato, the patty, and the crispy bacon. Enjoy!
