Make the Spread: Scoop the avocado into a small bowl. Add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash it with a fork. Leave a few small chunks for a nice texture.
Cook the Meat: Put salt and pepper on both sides of your patties. Cook them in a hot pan or on the grill until they are done. Add cheese during the last minute so it melts.
Toast the Buns: Put your buns face down in the pan for just a minute. You want them nice and golden brown.
