Pat your wings very dry with a paper towel. This is the secret to the best crunch.
Put the wings in a bowl. Add the oil, jerk seasoning, lime juice, brown sugar, and salt.
Toss everything until the wings are well coated. Let them sit for about 20 minutes.
Heat your air fryer to 400°F.
Put the wings in the basket in one even layer. Do not pile them up.
Cook for 18 to 20 minutes. Flip them halfway through so they get brown on both sides.
Serve them hot with a little extra fresh thyme or chopped scallions on top.
