Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
  • ½ cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 12 small Slider Buns
  • 6 slices Cheese (preferably Cheddar or American)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix: Grab a mixing bowl. Toss in the ground beef, the chopped dill pickles, and a good pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Form: Shape the meat into small patties. Aim for about 2 inches wide.
  • Cook: Use a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they look perfectly browned.
  • Melt: Lay half a slice of cheese on each patty right before they finish cooking. Let it get all gooey and melted.
  • Toast: While the meat rests, pop your buns in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Assemble: Put a patty on each bun. Add more pickles or a little ranch dressing if you are feeling fancy. Pop the top bun on and enjoy.
