Ingredients

  • 1 pink-fleshed dragon fruit (medium to large)
  • 1 cup lemon juice (from approximately 8-10 fresh lemons)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (or to taste)

  • Ice to serve (optional, but highly recommended!)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dragon Fruit: First, carefully peel the dragon fruit. Once peeled, dice the vibrant pink flesh into chunks that are easy to blend.
  • Blend the Base: Combine the diced dragon fruit, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and vibrant pink.
  • Mix and Serve: Transfer the smooth dragon fruit mixture to a large pitcher. Pour in the 4½ cups of water and stir everything well until fully combined.
  • Serve: your beautiful Dragon Fruit Lemonade immediately over plenty of ice, and enjoy the refreshing taste!
