- 1 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- ½ cup Butter
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ⅓ tsp Cayenne
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Once melted, reduce the heat to low and stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk frequently to combine all the ingredients.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer (be careful not to boil) and continue to whisk for about 5 minutes. This helps the flavors meld together and develop.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the buffalo sauce to cool slightly before serving. As it cools, the sauce will thicken to the perfect consistency.
PRO TI{S:
-
Taste as you go: Don't be afraid to taste your sauce as you're making it. Adjust the amount of vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and spices to suit your personal preference for tanginess and heat.
-
Control the heat: If you prefer a milder sauce, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper or omit it altogether. On the other hand, if you like it extra spicy, feel free to add more!
