Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • tsp Cayenne
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Once melted, reduce the heat to low and stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk frequently to combine all the ingredients.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer (be careful not to boil) and continue to whisk for about 5 minutes. This helps the flavors meld together and develop.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the buffalo sauce to cool slightly before serving. As it cools, the sauce will thicken to the perfect consistency.

Notes

PRO TI{S:
  • Taste as you go: Don't be afraid to taste your sauce as you're making it. Adjust the amount of vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and spices to suit your personal preference for tanginess and heat.
  • Control the heat: If you prefer a milder sauce, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper or omit it altogether. On the other hand, if you like it extra spicy, feel free to add more!
