Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stuff: Flatten each biscuit round and cut it in half to make 18 pieces total. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece. Roll the dough tightly around the cheese to form a neat ball.
Arrange: Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
Bake: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden brown.
Coat: While they bake, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
Finish: As soon as the balls come out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture. Serve warm while the cheese is still melty!
