Ingredients

For the Protein-Packed Garlic & Herb Dip

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or whipped feta)
  • ¼ cup high-quality mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely snipped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced or grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper

For the Fresh Crudités Platter

  • 2 cups organic baby carrots (or colorful rainbow heirloom carrots, halved)
  • 2 English cucumbers, sliced into ¼-inch uniform rounds or spears
  • 1 head celery, cleaned and cut into 3-inch sticks
  • cups sweet cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced into long strips
  • 1 cup radishes, trimmed and halved
  • Fresh dill sprigs or extra chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Whip the Garlic & Herb Dip: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until completely smooth and creamy. Fold in the finely chopped fresh dill, chives, and parsley until evenly distributed. Spoon the dip into a decorative bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • Prep and Wash the Vegetables: Wash all fresh produce thoroughly under cold water and pat completely dry with paper towels. Trim and slice your cucumbers, celery, bell peppers, and radishes into clean, even cuts.
  • Assemble the Target Display: Place the bowl of chilled dip right in the center of a large round wooden board or ceramic platter. Arrange the colorful vegetables in neat, tight rows expanding outward from the center. Garnish the top of the dip with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs.
  • Serve Cold: Serve immediately while the veggies are crisp and cold, alongside extra crackers or pita chips if you want!

Notes

Serving Size: ¼ cup dip + 1 cup fresh veggies
  • Keep your veggies ultra-crisp by soaking celery, carrots, and radishes in an ice water bath for 10 minutes before drying.
  • Using plain Greek yogurt keeps the base light, tangy, and full of protein.
