Equipment

  • High-Speed Blender
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Microplane or Grater

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • ½ cucumber (peeled if desired, roughly chopped)
  • ¼ avocado (flesh only)
  • ½ green apple (cored and roughly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger (grated or finely chopped)
  • q cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice cubes (to your desired consistency)

Instructions

  • Gather & Prepare Ingredients: Start by washing your spinach and cucumber. Roughly chop the cucumber, core and chop the green apple, and grate or finely chop your fresh ginger. Scoop out the flesh of ¼ of an avocado.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Add all of the ingredients—spinach, cucumber, avocado, green apple, fresh lemon juice, fresh ginger, and unsweetened almond milk—into your blender. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Achieve Desired Consistency: Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash more almond milk. For a thicker, colder smoothie, add more ice cubes and blend again.
  • Serve Immediately: Pour your vibrant Green Goddess Fat-Burner Smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best taste and nutrient benefits!

Notes

Storage Tip
  • Squeeze every bit of air out of the bag before sealing. Greens can get "icy" if there's too much air in there.
  • These are best used within 2 months for the freshest taste.
