Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 425°F. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Coat the Wings: Toss the wings with flour, salt, and black pepper. Shake off any excess flour and brush lightly with olive oil or use an olive oil spray.
Bake: Line a baking sheet with foil and parchment paper. Arrange the wings in a single layer and bake for 35 minutes, flipping at the 20-minute mark.
Prepare the Sauce While the wings are baking, combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
Coat & Bake Again: Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the honey garlic sauce, and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes, flipping after 5 minutes.
Let Cool & Serve: Allow the wings to cool for about 10 minutes. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools. Stir the wings every few minutes to ensure an even coating.
