For the Parfait Layers
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
- ¼ cup crunchy oat granola (or high-protein cluster granola)
- 1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
Optional Toppings & Boosts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, flaxseeds, or hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds, pecans, or chopped walnuts
- 1 sprig fresh mint (for garnish)1
Build the First Layer
Scoop half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a clear glass jar, parfait glass, or small breakfast bowl. Scatter half of your berries over the yogurt, followed by a light sprinkle of half the granola.

Keep Granola Crisp: If you are meal-prepping this ahead of time, layer the yogurt and berries in a jar, but keep the granola in a separate small bag. Add the granola right before eating so it stays nice and crunchy!
