- 32 oz frozen French fries
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ¾ cup ranch dressing
Preheat your oven and cook the frozen fries on a sheet pan according to package directions.
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and set aside. Turn the oven heat to 400°F.
Transfer the fries to a skillet (optional for a restaurant-style presentation) or leave them on the sheet pan.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the fries.
Place the fries back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Once melted, remove the fries from the oven and top them with crumbled bacon, green onions, and parsley.
Serve immediately with a side of ranch dressing (or drizzle it over the fries for added flavor!).
