Add the frozen banana slices and frozen pineapple chunks.1 cup frozen banana slices

If desired, add pure maple syrup or honey for sweetness. (Optional)2 tsp pure maple syrup or honey
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency. (Optional)
