Ingredients

  • 2 tsp pure sea salt (Celtic or pink Himalayan)
  • 1 liter warm filtered water (4 cups)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional, for taste)

Instructions

  • Warm the water but don’t let it boil.
  • Dissolve the salt in the water by stirring well or shaking in a jar until no granules remain.
  • Add lemon juice to improve taste (optional).
