Make the Marinade: Combine chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, roasted red peppers, garlic, smoked paprika, cilantro, salt, and oil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Marinate: Place the turkey wings in a large dish and coat thoroughly with the chipotle mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 400°F on the convection setting. Place wings on a parchment-lined or non-stick baking tray and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Note: If not using convection, flip the wings every 15 minutes and add approximately 10 minutes to the total cook time.
Serve: Remove from the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and garnish with chopped green onions.
