Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and Lipton Onion Soup Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch size meatballs and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 18-25 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remember to flip them halfway through baking for even cooking.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, combine the chili sauce and jelly. Stir until the jelly is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the hot sauce until they are evenly coated.
Serve the Sweet and Spicy Meatballs immediately and enjoy!
