Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Layer your base: Pour the coconut water and Greek yogurt into the bottom of your high-speed blender first. Putting the liquids in first helps the blades blend everything smoothly.
  • Add the powder: Scoop your favorite vanilla protein powder right on top of the yogurt.
  • Pile on the fruit: Add your frozen banana, frozen mango, and frozen pineapple. Using fully frozen fruit is the big secret to getting that thick texture
  • Blend until thick: Start your blender on low, then turn it up to high. Blend for about one minute. You might need to use a tamper to push the frozen fruit down. Blend until it is totally smooth and creamy.
  • Pour and decorate: Scoop the thick mixture into a bowl. Top it with fresh banana slices, extra mango chunks, a sprinkle of shredded coconut, and chia seeds.

Notes

  • Blender Order: Pour coconut water and Greek yogurt in first so the blades spin easily.
  • Perfect Texture: Use completely frozen fruit and keep liquids low for a thick, scoopable bowl.
  • Protein Boost: This recipe packs 20g of protein to keep you fueled all morning.
  • Picture-Perfect Toppings: Arrange your fruit, chia, and coconut in neat rows right before serving
