Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Wash potatoes leaving skin on (peel if preferred). Cut potatoes into desired size fries.
  • Soak potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and dry thoroughly.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoned salt.
  • Spread fries evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes
  • Increase oven temperature to 425°F and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • Feel free to leave the potato skins on for added fiber and flavor, or peel them if preferred.
  • You can cut the fries by hand or use a French fry cutter for evenly sized fries.
