- 4 large baking potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 375°F
Wash potatoes leaving skin on (peel if preferred). Cut potatoes into desired size fries.
Soak potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and dry thoroughly.
Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoned salt.
Spread fries evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes
Increase oven temperature to 425°F and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Feel free to leave the potato skins on for added fiber and flavor, or peel them if preferred.
- You can cut the fries by hand or use a French fry cutter for evenly sized fries.
